We use submitted business information to evaluate and support contractor growth work.

Website requests

When you send a request through our website form or chat, it goes to our own CRM and inbox so we can reply. The service providers that run those systems, such as form handling, CRM, email, and text delivery, process it only on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes. If a system is briefly unavailable, the request is held on our server for manual review so it is not lost.

Client engagement data

When a contractor hires us, records they share for the engagement, such as CRM exports or call reports, are used only for that engagement. We never use a client's customer records to send our own messages, and we do not send texts on a client's behalf.

Text messages

We text only people who contacted us or are our clients, about their own request or project, and only after they opt in by checking a text consent box in our website chat or on our request form. We do not send texts on behalf of other businesses, and we do not buy, rent, or sell contact lists. Texts come from (689) 319-8907.

We text replies to your request, appointment confirmations and reminders for booked calls, and a review request after work is done. If you also check the separate marketing box in our chat, we may send occasional offers and service announcements. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

We share phone numbers only with the providers that deliver our messages, such as our CRM and its carrier partners, and only to send the messages you asked for.
